The potential pitfalls and benefits of using alternative and flexible employment arrangements found in the Main Agreement and LRA – and – avoiding claims of unfair employment practices and unfair dismissals.

And the impact that labour legislation such as the Main Agreement, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the Labour Relations Act has on these contractual arrangements.
